Jaelyn is extremely excited about acting as guide and mentor in bus ettiquette and delivering her brother to his school room.
We don't make him wear his socks that way. In fact, we discourage it, but he insists that they flash that certain Soccer Player Style when hiked up high.
Jaelyn informed me that they would no longer require my services in delivering them to the bus stop and waiting with them.
But Addison insisted, because he was *so* set on the idea that I would take this picture: him climbing the steps of the bus. For whatever reason this moment has loomed large in his mind. I hope it lived up to it.
We'll find out after my long first day of school is over...
